Spinal Manipulation
Spinal Manipulative Therapy is a therapeutic intervention performed on the spinal articulations. This is used to promote joint mobility, stimulate tissue regeneration, enhance postural alignment. Benefits include relief of musculoskeletal pain, decreased recovery time with acute injuries, and increase in range of motion.
Myofascial Release
This technique includes specific movement working as part of more than 500 specific types of movements led to a case by case basis. These techniques are used to treat Carpal tunnel and other peripheral nerve entrapments, spinal pain and dysfunction, tendonitis and other soft tissue inflammatory disorders of the hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, and foot.
Physiotherapy
This is a combination of therapeutic exercises which are used to develop strength and endurance, range of motion and flexibility. Methods may include isotonic, isometric, or isokinetic exercises, and stretching techniques. Excellent for neck, mid, and lower back pain as well as acute and chronic injury recovery and increasing competitive edge.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
is used by the practitioner to locate and treat soft tissue dysfunction. These tools magnify soft tissue abnormalities, such as scar tissue, restrictions, and adhesions. Using a tool focuses the force directly to the injured tissue, allowing treatment options with less force, less stress, and less time. By breaking down the knotted tissues, collagen fibers are formed and aid in the recovery of damaged tissue in a smoother, more flexible and less painful way. This treatment option is used for neck pain, back pain, carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, shoulder pain, knee pain, and much much more.
Electrical Muscle Stimulation
There are many forms of electric muscle stimulation. Most are used to elicit a contraction from the muscle using low electrical impulses by placing electrode pads on the skin. Utilizing different settings, it can be used to decrease inflammation, decrease pain, as a rehabilitation tool to decrease muscle atrophy, increase strength, and a post exercise recovery tool for athletes.
Neuro-Muscular Re-Education
is used to increase movement, balance, coordination, kinesthetic sense, posture, and/or proprioception. NMR methods are utilized after acute injury and post surgery to re-educate muscle fibers of their specific job.
Kenisiology Tape
is a ground breaking new method for pain management, sports performance and physiotherapy. It is designed to facilitate the body's natural healing process while offering support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body's range of motion. These methods are used to successfully treat a variety of orthopedic, neuromuscular, neurological and medical conditions. Kenisiology tape does not limit or restrict range of motion like rigid sports taping methods. It has the texture and elasticity very close to human skin. It is commonly used on any muscle or joint to re-educate the neuromuscular system, reduce pain, enhance performance, prevent injury, and promote improved circulation and healing.

Nutritional and Supplement Counseling

Thermal or Heat Therapy
is applied to sub-acute or chronic conditions. Heat is used to dilate blood vessels and increase blood circulation to a specific area in the body. This aides in reducing pain by relaxing tight muscle tissue, which causes back aches, neck pain and headaches, TMJ, shoulder pain, and much more. Moist heat does not dry out the skin, penetrates muscles deeper which allows for longer pain relief.
Cold Therapy
is applied to soft tissues to aide in the reduction of inflammation due to an acute injury. Ice is used to constrict blood vessels, decrease blood flow and the inflammatory process to a new injury. It is one of the the simplest, safest and most effective techniques for injuries, pain or discomfort in muscles and joints. It is used to reduce muscle spasm, pain, and inflammation to soft tissue or bone.
Extremity Manipulation
is very similar to that of the spine, only performed to other joints including the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hips, knees, and ankles. Manipulation to these areas are reserved for individuals with an injury to a specific joint. These manipulations are also used to promote joint mobility, stimulate tissue regeneration, enhance postural alignment. Benefits include relief of musculoskeletal pain, decreased recovery time with acute injuries, and increase in range of motion.
